On the acquired premises of the tower will be located the federal executive authorities - the Ministry of Construction, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Communications and Mass Communications and their jurisdictional institutions.

A new service center of general administrative functions for ministries will be created on the new place, to which financial and personnel functions may later be added.

The specialists of Ltd. “Talos Construction” implement f full complex of works on designing, finishing up and engineering equipment of the internal premises of the objects. In the framework of FIT-OUT Ltd. “Talos Construction” implement dismantling and installation works of engineering systems, refines the project in accordance with employer’s admonitions, and also conducts production tests of engineering equipment.
