Residential complex FRESH is located in a quiet residential area in the south of Moscow. In total, the complex has 1580 apartments ranging from 20.2 sq.m. to 109.6 sq.m.

There is a closed courtyard and underground parking for 501 spaces with access from any floor. Part of the parking spaces are with the possibility of charging an electric car, and there’s also a carwash.

A whole block of apartments with finishing - Talos Construction has successfully completed two types of finishing: pre-finishing (white box) and finishing - 270 apartments with a total area of 15,000 sq.m.

Hot water, heating and ventilation are provided by the ITP.
Works were completed within 6 months.
