The business district “Rassvet” is located on Krasnaya Presnya in the territory of the former plant “Myur and Meriliz”. The project stipulates the partial reconstruction of the plant buildings and development of the territory. All buildings will be equipped with the elevators and modern utility systems, central ventilation and conditioning system. According to the architectural concept, the exterior of the ancient buildings and atmosphere of the historic plant will be carefully preserved. The medium-rise buildings – from 1 to 5 floors, with offices of B+ class, aboveground and underground parking areas will be located in the territory of the business quarter. The total leased area will make 85 000 sq.m.

The new business district is located in the high-prestige district Krasnaya Presnya which became the center of attraction for all business of the capital. “Rassvet” is located 3 minutes walking from” Ulitsa 1905 goda” metro station and 10 minutes – from “Barrikadnaya” and “Krasnopresnenskaya” metro stations. In close proximity to it, there are the large main transport routes: Krasnaya Presnya street, the Garden Ring, Zvenigorodskoe highway. The territory of “Rassvet” has already had all infrastructure necessary for comfort life even today.
