In 2017, JSC “Дом.РФ” acquired the 2nd Tower with 74.7 thousand sq.m of office area and 327 parking places in the complex “IQ-quarter”. On the acquired premises of the tower will be located the federal executive authorities - the Ministry of Construction, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Communications and Mass Communications and their jurisdictional institutions.
