Hill8 Apartment Complex is located in the Mira Avenue street-view at a walking distance from Alekseevskaya metro station. The neighbourhood is prestigious and safe and not far from the Moscow Center (4 km to the Garden Ring), Sokolniki Park (twenty minutes walk), VDNKh and the Botanical Garden. The distance to the complex from the Moscow Circular Ring Road (MKAD) along Yaroslavskoye Shosse is 10 km.


Infrastructure

Three floors of the Hill8 building are designed for internal infrastructure facilities. A shopping gallery (877 sq.m), bar (169 sq.km), two café (154 and 168 sq.m), fitness center (381 s.m) and a spacious entrance hall with lobby, reception desk, offices, engineering equipment premises and personnel rest room are housed on the first floor. Café (dining hall 1020 sq.m) maintenance service (300 sq.m), offices and a meeting room are located on the second floor. The third floor is entirely dedicated for office rooms.


Architecture

Hill8 Apartment Complex is a 15-storied building with two level underground parking for 203 parking places and a land plot of 0.58 ha.  The complex has in total 294 apartments of area 35 - 128 sq,m, including own exit to the  accessible roof area. The Design Bureau ABD Architects had designed the house lay-out, and Karim Rashid had designed the lobby.

All the apartments have smart home system, sprayed sunlight and noise protected Schuco panorama windows. The complex is provided with electricity supply (rated capacity for each apartment 10-13 kW), water supply, sewerage, ventilation and air-conditioning systems. Hot water, heating and ventilation is provided by IHP. Current security technologies like round the clock security and video surveillance, access control using magnetic cards on each floor, electronic keys for passage through the turnstiles are provided.


The ceiling height in the first floor is 4.75 m, in the second and third floor is 3.55 m and on the floors with apartments is 3.05 m. The building is equipped with fast and noise-free Kone elevator with access to the parking and personal call from some apartments. Chargers for e-vehicles and bicycle stands and access control system with number plate reading are provided in the underground parking. Music shall play in the entrance group where the reception desk and lounge zone are located.
