As a general contractor, we carry out construction from the zero stage - a full range of earthworks, general construction works, engineering networks and landscaping works.

An important feature of Talos Construction is it’s extensive experience in conducting construction on it’s own, without the involvement of subcontractors. This format of work allows us to conduct construction and installation work more optimally, respond to emerging tasks and customer comments flexibly and be less exposed to risks and circumstances associated with other organizations.

Talos Construction today is a team in a significant number of commercial projects in Russia, covering a wide range of building types: Shopping centers, office buildings, residential complexes, airports and more.
